Entering dynamics across each staff a system: Choose the dynamic marking you wish to enter from the dynamics palette, position the cursor at the measure where you want to insert the marking, and option-click. METRO inserts that marking at that measure, attaching it to each of the staves in the system. METRO puts dynamic markings only on currently visible staves where the measure contains notes. If a track’s staff is hidden (the Show Track box is unchecked in its Setup Notation Track dialog), METRO does not place a marking in it.
