Selecting Noncontiguous Notes or Areas in the Graphic Editor Window

If you want to select notes or areas that aren’t next to each other in time, Command-clicking and Command-dragging enable you to do so.

To select noncontiguous notes:

  • In the Graphic Editor window, Command-click the notes you want to select.

Notice that the notes change color as you select them.

To select noncontiguous areas:

  • In the Graphic Editor window, Command-drag the areas you want to select.

Notice that the notes in selected areas change color as you select more areas.
