Setting Track Status in the Track Window The following table shows how to arm, mute and solo tracks in the Track window: "R" Arm Track Click in the Arm Track column to arm the track for recording. You cannot record without first arming the track. A dot appears in the Arm Track colum when the track is armed. "M" Mute Click in the Mute column to mute a track. Multiple tracks may be muted at the same time. A dot appears in the Mute column when the track is muted. "S" Solo Click in the Solo column to solo a track. All other tracks become muted. A dot appears in the Solo column when a track is soloed. Multiple tracks may be soloed at the same time. Option-click on a soloed track to unsolo all tracks in a section.
