The Markers Window

The Markers window contains all the Markers in the currently selected Section. You select markers by clicking on either the Bar/Beat/Clock or Name columns; selected Markers will change to the current selection color. You can edit Markers by double-clicking on either the Bar/Beat/Clock or Name columns; double-clicking on a Marker will open the Marker’s dialog for that event. If you click between the Bar/Beat/Clock and Name columns, the Marker Pointer will move to the corresponding Marker. If you are playing, playback will immediately jump to the time of the Marker Pointer. Clicking to the left of the Bar/Beat/Clock column will either Lock or Unlock the Marker on that line. Locked Markers are denoted by a Lock icon.

Choose SMPTE Display from the Switches menu to display event times in the Markers window in SMPTE time.

The Options pop-up menu within the Marker window allows you to add a Marker, select all Locked Markers, and shift selected Markers so that the first selected Marker starts at a specified SMPTE start time.
