Selecting Tracks
To select all tracks, do one of the following:
- Choose Select All from the Edit menu or type Command-A.
- Click the All button in the upper portion of the Tracks window Overview.
To select one track:
- Click the Track Name.

To select multiple contiguous tracks:
- Click the Track Number or Track Name of one of the tracks you want to select, then drag up or down.
To select multiple noncontiguous tracks:
- Command-click the Track Names of all tracks you want to select.
To select a range in one track:
- Click directly on the track data at a point in the track where you want the
selection to begin, then drag right or left until you encompass the desired range.
To select a range across multiple tracks:
- Click directly on track data at a point where you want a rectangular selection
to begin, then drag diagonally to the right or left across as many tracks as
you want in the selection.
