Hint: You can change the order in which effects are processed by dragging and dropping the effect name above or below other effects in the Effects window For example, if you add an EQ after a Delay, the Delay sound will go through the EQ. If you drag-and-drop the EQ before the Delay, it will precede the Delay and won’t be affected by it.
